A natural remedy to control and stabilize your blood pressure is to take a healthy diet. There is nothing more natural than fruits and vegetables which can help you overcome bad blood pressure. These fruits and vegetable does not only balance your blood pressure but they will also help you control your cholesterol and lower risk of other diseases.


Less Consumption of sodium

Another effective way to stabilize your blood pressure is to reduce the daily intake of sodium. We can reduce the consumption of sodium by using very less amount of salt as it contains a major portion of sodium. According to the experts that one can reduce blood pressure by 8 mmHg just by cutting off the salt in their diet.
